Refund Policy (Donations)

1) Purpose

Donations to L2PVP.FANS are made solely to support the operation of the server (infrastructure, development, maintenance, security). Donations are not payments for goods or services.

2) Non-Refundable Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable. By completing a donation, you acknowledge there is no obligation for a refund or for us to provide any product/service in exchange. Optional in-game “thank you” rewards do not change this.

3) Optional In-Game Rewards (Not Consideration)
  • At our discretion, we may grant optional in-game rewards as a “thank you.”
  • Rewards are not goods/services with monetary value and are not guaranteed.
  • They may be changed, suspended, or removed at any time (e.g., for gameplay balance or technical reasons).
  • Not receiving a reward—or later changes to it—does not create a right to a refund.
4) The Only Refund Exceptions

We will consider refunds only in these cases:

  • Duplicate charge / duplicate deposit of the same transaction.
  • Unauthorized transaction (fraud/compromised payment), subject to verification with the payment provider.

We may request identification and evidence (e.g., bank statement, Transaction/Order ID). False claims or abusive requests may result in permanent account restrictions.

5) Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing an unwarranted chargeback may lead to immediate revocation of access and in-game penalties. Please contact us first so we can investigate and assist.

6) Technical Issues

Technical issues (downtime, bugs, data loss, etc.) are not grounds for a refund. We strive to resolve problems promptly.

7) Minors

If you are under the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction, a parent/guardian’s approval is required for any donation. Unsupported donations may be reversed and may lead to account restrictions.

8) How to Request a Refund (Exceptions Only)

For duplicate or unauthorized charges, contact us within 14 days of the transaction:

Include your Account Name, Transaction/Order ID, date, payment method, amount, and a brief description.

9) Legal

This policy applies to the extent permitted by applicable law and may be updated without notice. The latest version will always be published on this page.
