Returns & exchanges

We hope you love your ANGEL purchase. If it is not right for you, contact us and return eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return conditions

• The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Original tags, where supplied, must remain attached.
• Include your receipt or other proof of purchase.
• For hygiene reasons, some pierced jewellery may not be returnable unless faulty.

Exchanges

An eligible item can be exchanged within 30 days when the requested alternative is available. If it is unavailable, we will explain the options before proceeding.
